Terms and conditions of service
By booking an appointment with Palomino Hair Extensions you consent to the following

The client agrees to maintain and care for the hair extensions as advised and understands that failure to do so may cause damage to the natural hair. Any damage suffered by not following advice is the responsibility of the client.

The client understands that the human hair fitted is a natural product and as such may vary in texture and body from fitting to fitting.

Cost of hair is non-refundable unless the hair has been deemed faulty by the supplier.

Deposits will be taken prior to fitting. This deposit is non-refundable if for any reason you fail to attend your fitting appointment.

Any changes to appointment times/dates must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the slot is due to start. Any client cancelling their appointment within the 24 hour time slot on more than two occasions may be refused further appointments.

The stylist maintains the right to refuse service at any time.

Please do not bring children to your appointment as hot appliances will be in use and space is restricted. Insurance will not cover your appointment if an under 16 is in the room.

If you need to bring someone with you to your appointment please let the stylist know in advance and understand that this is not always possible due to space.

If there are any issues with your extensions contact your stylist immediately.
